SYSTEM PROCEDURAL DOCUMENTS AND TRAINING FOR PROJECT TEAMS

To efficiently and transparently share information across your system, there must be documented procedures or protocols so there is an agreed quality standard or it will quickly descend into a data quagmire.
We can provide and maintain a dynamic Information Management protocol document and User guides as required. This can be allied with training for all project participants to ensure they are conversant with the system and attendant protocols.

SYSTEM DATA POPULATION

Where required, we can offer Document Control Support to populate the installed system with existent project documents with relevant metadata applied. We guarantee a high degree of accuracy and doing so assists in getting the project up and running faster thereby aiding you and your Client/Consultant team in the early stages of a project.

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE MANUALS - CHASE, TRACK AND COLLATION

We can assist with compiling your project O&Ms via the system or populate it along the way in order to source approvals. Following assessment of Contract requirements, we can set up Templates, Protocol documents and chase, monitor and regularly report progress to you. Ultimately, electronic collated copies will be provided.
At this point, we cannot provide Technical authoring, BUG's or Tenant Packs.
Hardcopy print costs to be borne by our Client and we are happy to oversee the print process.

ONGOING MANAGEMENT SUPPORT - AUDIT, TROUBLESHOOT, QUALITY CONTROL AND ASSURANCE

All systems require regular maintenance to function efficiently. Some of the standard functions can be carried out by your administrator / document controller once trained. However, regular auditing and troubleshooting to ensure quality is being maintained, errors are rectified and that users are following procedure and are comfortable, is important. We can offer this on an ongoing basis at differing frequencies. Some Clients may want this daily, others a couple of days a week or even monthly.
